I partnered with a digital development and marketing agency specialized in e-commerce; providing 360° solutions for SMEs at competitive prices, to optimize their operations amid rapid business growth across Switzerland and France.

Growing fast but drowning in outdated manual processes I set out to do a full company audit and I:

Mapped and killed every bottleneck
Built automated hand-offs and client onboarding flows
Redesigned their project management system (Monday.com automations)
Integrated new specialist roles without breaking existing teams

Result: Customer response time dropped from days to same-day, they absorbed more clients at the same pricing, and scaled smoothly across two countries — all with the same headcount and zero quality dips. The system is still evolving with them today.
