As a Project Manager for a digital development and marketing agency, I led the operational and strategic management of web projects for diverse clients, acting as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and stakeholders.

My responsibilities included overseeing Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) for multiple WordPress and WooCommerce sites, working closely with internal and external development teams. I managed several key projects, including a complete redesign of an e-commerce cigar retail site, where I drove WordPress/WooCommerce implementation, SEO optimization, and product filtering system setup while coordinating with content teams.

Additionally, I led the redesign of a website for a network of nurseries, conducting an audit of the existing site, drafting detailed specifications, planning deliverables, enhancing ergonomics, and collaborating with UX/UI providers.

These efforts streamlined project delivery, boosted client satisfaction, and improved platform performance, with ongoing collaboration to adapt to evolving client needs.
