Project description

As Product Manager for a blockchain-based investment platform, I was responsible for shipping a regulated Funds-as-a-Service (FaaS) product that digitalizes and simplifies fund management and fundraising in the alternative investment space.

Key features the team I worked with delivered:

Full 2FA and multi-account support
Reverse solicitation compliance
Dedicated workflows and dashboards for investors, GPs, Transfer Agents, and Financial Advisers

Leading a team of 5 engineers and 1 designer, I owned the roadmap and backlog, removed blockers daily, kept the Scrum process running smoothly, and made sure we consistently hit our quarterly goals — the company was later acquired.
