Project description

As a Product Manager for an investment platform, my responsibility was to accelerate the implementation of features that specializes in digitalizing and streamlining processes for the alternative investment industry, particularly focusing on fund management and fundraising.

Notable feature implementations included 2FA, enabling users to have multiple accounts, reverse solicitation, and various improvements for investors, GPs, Transfer Agents, and Financial Advisers.

I led a team of 5 engineers and a designer, managing the team’s backlog, removing impediments for the scrum team, setting quarterly objectives, and more.
