I collaborated with Anna, an Art Director with over 15 years of experience in UI design, branding, and website creation, to streamline her workload and enable her to onboard more clients without compromising quality.

Anna managed diverse client requests across tools like email, Trello, and Slack. After auditing her workday, I implemented a Notion-based Kanban board with tailored filters and views, creating a 360° overview of her projects and statuses, integrated with her calendar for better time management.

We later added AI tools to automate meeting notes and enhanced her setup to integrate seamlessly with client platforms. This solution reduced administrative tasks, allowing Anna to take on two new clients while maintaining creative excellence, with ongoing refinements to ensure scalability.
